A Vacation To Remember..... A pre-sembreak special (Day 1)

Last October 10 was the fulfillment on one of my dreams.... to have a vacation abroad....

HongKong and Macau are the places that was unchecked already on the list of places I dreamed to be visited.

October 10, 2009 (5:30 am) : We are in the Davao International Airport waiting for our first flight bound to Manila.

8:30 am : We already arrived at the Ninoy Aquino National Airport and stay put until 10:30 since we need to check-in all our luggages (for it was heavy!) coz we planned to eat our lunch at Mall of Asia (since its the nearest mall at the airport).

12:00 pm to 2:00 : We are inside MOA, within this time we ate our lunch, ate ice cream and roaming inside the gigantic mall in the Philippines. I haven't took much pictures since, I really dont feel like watching by standbyers taking different poses. (kahiya!)

3:00 pm : Were back at the NAIA, since we need to get inside and be interviewed by the immigration officers. Ang nakakatawa, were kept of practicing the answers of the possible questions that might be asked, yun pala the only questions are : "Why are you going to HongKong?" "How many are you?"... hehhehe. Di naman pala strict...

4:30 - 6:30 : Inside the plane bound to HongKong. I really cant keep myself from excitement of landing myself to a foreign place (I'm a first timer with this kind of trip!). Though, I miss the Philippines, but can't help thinking of staying HongKong for several months.... (as if may pera!)

7:00 : At Last, were off to HongKong International Airport. After we took off on the plane, we are keep of taking pictures inside the airport. Amazingly, I can say that I already ride a plane escalator where it keeps you stay and allow the escalator takes you to the destination where the country visitors need to surrender themseleves first. The Immigration area. hehehe..

7:25 : As we were about to leave the airport, Riza suddenly remembers that she had lost her valuable camera ( Oh my Gosh!) as in oh my G_O_S_H! what a heck! We did so much just to retreive the cam, as of the very moment, our excitement turns down up to 0 level. That damn camera sips our energy and turn to disappointments. We suddenly feel the differences as we asks for help to any staff at the airport... What the , they dont even know how to speak English or at least understand... Language barriers makes me annoy.

Dont know what time we left airport bringing with a saddened face where we could not find anymore the precious camera. (huhuhu!) Thought, that it would be enough that night, not until Riza did it again... She left her luggages as we stepped out in the bus... WHAT the HECK again...

Ohh my, we decided to check our room first before we will decide what are we going to do for the lost luggages. Of course were tired, hungry plus the pressure of the unexpected things that happens. As we found the Mirador Mansion where we gonna stay that night and found the guest house we booked , we have this heated arguments with the Chinese citizen whom we thought is the owner of the guesthouse which turns out that she was just an employee.... Ang taray taray para kung sino. Wella is almost fed up that's why I was the one who talked with the ugly chinese-like-she-was-the-owner.

As we came to the room, Riza still can't make herself calm... of course who would like to be calm on her situation... All of her and her son's clothes are there as well as KD's milk... So I accompanied Riza to went back at the airport to regain her luggages.

God is good all the time, He never allows second mistakes hahahah... The driver was so kind as he lead us to where he deposited the luggages.. In short, Riza had her luggages back..

Thought, it would end up there, not until Riza and I took off the bus at the wrong place... Ohh my! Silly me, instead of spending money for fare, we decided to walk thinking that the Mirador Mansion is in three blocks away... We end up walking a three kilometers, hahahaha....

But still, I'm thanking God, that He still keep us safe until we reach the mansion. We disturbed the guard, the guest officers since we did not bring the key. (katangahan talaga!).

We really thank God for keeping us alive despite of the katangahan situation....

As we say, Thank you Hong Kong for the way of welcoming us!
